Returning your order

It is possible to exchange or return your order. This can be done within 14 days after receiving your complete order. The return will only be processed if the original tag is still attached to the item. The costs of returning the item(s) are for the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging.

To return your order, please notify us via info@ohmydocs.nl. Do not forget to provide your order number. We will then forward the return form with instructions. After registering the return, you still have 14 days to send the item(s) back.

We are operating from the Netherlands, so keep in mind the package has to be send back to this country.

Do you send your return from outside the EU?

Take into account that additional customs costs will be charged.

Refund

After we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days in the same way as was paid.
